Ellen Rosen has taught at Fullerton College since 1991. She has also taught at other colleges such as UCLA, Pepperdine, Santa Monica College and Northrup University. She has also taught overseas for two years Siping Teachers College in the Jilin Province of China. Ellen received her M.A. in TESOL and Applied Linguistics from UCLA and her B.A. in English from Calvin College. Ellen likes teaching ESL because she can experience the world through her students in the classroom. She also enjoys coaching students in their writing so that they can see the value of writing. Finally she also enjoys introducing students to great books such as Holes. Outside of the classroom, Ellen loves spending time with her husband and two children playing sports, traveling in the U.S. and collecting comics.
